Our Services

Personal Care

Personal Care

Personal care tasks that we offer are bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. This support ensures that individuals maintain their hygiene and dignity throughout their daily activities.

Health Monitoring

Caregivers monitor vital signs, including blood pressure and glucose levels, to ensure that any health issues are promptly addressed. This ongoing monitoring is crucial for managing chronic conditions and maintaining overall health.

Dietary Needs

Dietary

Live-in caregivers prepare nutritious meals tailored to the individual's medical or dietary requirements. This includes planning menus that accommodate any allergies or specific dietary restrictions, ensuring that Service Users receive balanced nutrition.

Companionship

Company

Companionship is a vital aspect of live-in care. Caregivers engage Service Users in meaningful activities such as puzzles, reading, or gardening, providing emotional support and helping to combat feelings of loneliness or isolation.

Home Maintenance

Caregivers assist with maintaining a tidy living environment by performing light cleaning tasks, laundry, and organisation. This support helps create a comfortable and safe home for the individual receiving care.

Live-in care

We bring 24 Hour support care to our service users in the comfort of their own homes without interference to the family unit. During the process of offering such care, we ensure that every social, economic, emotional, physical and psychological needs of the service user are being met. In instances where we cannot provide such services we will always signpost our service users and link them to the best professionals for such a service.

Benefits of Live-In Care:

  • Ideal for Service Users with progressive conditions like dementia or Parkinson’s.
  • A cost-effective alternative to residential care homes.
  • Promotes independence by allowing Service Users to stay in familiar surroundings.

Sleeping and Waking Night Support

Live-in Care

Those service users who require minimum night support, we also offer such a service without hesitation. Our professional carers will be available to help during the night, but usually only once or twice to ensure that your carer can be refreshed to continue supporting our service user at day time. Waking night care is where our carers will be available to offer support to our service users throughout the night.

Social outings

We support our valued service users with social activities like going out for a walk, attending a day centre, visiting friends or family or going to their church or club. We can help our service users to find free activities and social opportunities in their local community. Regular craft classes, social groups or fitness groups can help them in maintaining their wellness and make new friends. We can also help organise transport and other support to ensure they get there safely.
